- Product certification and quality documentation completed
- HS Code classification verified — consult AJG FTA Savings Estimator
- Rules of Origin calculation and COO application initiated
- Export pricing: FOB, CIF, DDP — Incoterms 2020 agreed with buyer
- Packaging, labelling and marking compliant with destination market requirements
- Pre-shipment inspection (PSI) arranged if required by buyer or destination
- Shipping Bill filed on ICEGATE; LEO (Let Export Order) obtained
