• Product certification and quality documentation completed
• HS Code classification verified — consult AJG FTA Savings Estimator
• Rules of Origin calculation and COO application initiated
• Export pricing: FOB, CIF, DDP — Incoterms 2020 agreed with buyer
• Packaging, labelling and marking compliant with destination market requirements
• Pre-shipment inspection (PSI) arranged if required by buyer or destination
• Shipping Bill filed on ICEGATE; LEO (Let Export Order) obtained
• Foreign Currency remittance expected within 9 months (RBI requirement)
• Key Compliance Requirements
• Certifications: CE, hallmarking, customs
• Export Inspection Agency (EIA) certification if applicable
• APEDA/MPEDA/DGFT registration as applicable to vertical
• GST zero-rating confirmed for exports; LUT/Bond filing
• RoDTEP rate identified and scrip application process initiated
