Scholarship searching goes wrong in the same way every time: people search by name instead of by factor. Almost every scheme screens on some combination of merit, need, field, origin, level and destination — and knowing which of those you sit inside narrows thousands of schemes to a handful. No amounts, deadlines or eligibility verdicts appear here; all three change and only the awarding body is current.
The institution itself — university aid and funded-place pages are where the largest number of awards actually sit, and they are the least searched.
The department — for doctoral and research study, funded positions are often advertised as jobs rather than as scholarships, and never appear on scholarship lists at all.
What this page will never do
No amounts, no deadlines, no eligibility verdicts. Award values, closing dates and criteria change every cycle. Anything cached here would eventually cost someone an application.
It matches nobody to anything. It tells you which factor classes to search on and where the official lists are; the searching and the judgement are yours.
Never pay to be told about a scholarship. Every legitimate scheme publishes its own criteria free, and any service charging for access to listings, or asking for a fee to apply, is one to walk away from.
The application usually matters more than the eligibility. Most schemes are decided on a statement and referees, not on meeting a threshold.
