Argue against it. Draft a structure, then attack it: which claim is weakest, what evidence would refute it, what has it left out? That exchange is where the thinking happens, and it is yours.
It has no sources. Nothing here retrieves a reference, and a language model asked for citations will produce plausible ones that do not exist. Find your own evidence — the DOI explorer searches Crossref for real papers.
It does not know your brief. Marking criteria, word limits, the reading list and what your seminar actually argued about are all invisible to it.

Honest limits
Fluent is not correct. The output reads confidently whether or not it is right, and it is most confident where it is most generic.
It will assert facts it cannot support. Treat every date, figure, name and study as unverified until you have checked it at source.
Detection is not the point. Whether or not a marker could tell, the reason to write it yourself is that writing is how the understanding happens. An essay you did not write is a term you did not learn from.
Nothing you type is stored, and the draft disappears when you close the tab.

None, and none possible: the output is generated by a language model from your prompt and its training data. It carries no citations because it has none, and any it volunteers should be assumed not to exist until you have found them yourself. Your institution’s academic-integrity policy is the authority on what you may submit.
