Anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing (CVD) duties are product- and origin-specific extra duties — often 20–100%+ — imposed after an investigation finds dumped or subsidised imports injuring local industry. There is no single world list: you must check the importing country’s own measures database. This page shows you exactly how, and deliberately tells you nothing it would have to invent.

The 5-step check, in any market
Pin down the HS code — measures are defined by tariff heading plus a product description. Start with the HS Code Lookup.
Identify the investigating authority of the importing market — DGTR for India, the European Commission for the EU, Commerce and the ITC for the United States, the TRA for the UK.
Search its measures database by product keyword, HS code and origin country. Check definitive measures in force, not just initiations.
Read the measure itself — duties are usually company-specific: named exporters get individual rates, everyone else gets the higher residual or all-others rate, and some exporters have price undertakings instead.
Check for open cases and reviews — new investigations, sunset (expiry) reviews and anti-circumvention cases can change the position within months. If a case is open, provisional duties can appear mid-shipment.
Official databases, all free
WTO — the anti-dumping gateway and the I-TIP database of members’ notified measures. Good for a cross-country overview; the national source is the authoritative one.
India — Directorate General of Trade Remedies for investigations and findings; the duty itself is imposed by a Ministry of Finance customs notification, so check CBIC too.
It is a method, not a screening service. This page holds no measures database, screens nothing against any list, and is not connected to any authority. It tells you which official database to search and what to search for. The search is yours to run.
It quotes no duty rates and no case outcomes, on purpose. Rates are company-specific and change with reviews; any figure printed here would be wrong for someone and stale for everyone.
A clean search is not a clearance. Scope language decides borderline products, provisional duties can land mid-shipment, and anti-circumvention cases can extend a measure to an origin that looked clear last month.
Before pricing a deal on the strength of any of this, read the current official notification for your exact product, origin and exporter, and take customs-broker or legal advice.
